
The Ducks select center Trevor Janicke from Central Illinois of the United States Hockey League (USHL). Janicke, 18 (12/25/00), led the Flying Aces with 48 points (22g/26a) and co-led in goals in 58 games last season. He also paced the club in power-play goals (9) and ranked second in assists.
The Ducks will look to have him on the team to score more power-play goals.
The Maple Grove, Minnesota native represented Team USA at the 2018 Under-18 World Championship, recording two goals in seven games.
