Here it is #RickRakAttack Time to review Rickard Rakell’s 2017-18 unbelievablely Swed season.

Rickard Rakell marked new highs in his career with 34 goals and 35 assists and skating his career best in 77 games.

Seems that every season Rakell keeps on breaking records or reaching new highs in his career and makes Ducks fans really excited to see what will come out from the young Swed next season.

With the season starting off with key players on the IR he stepped up to the plate and increased his production. From the start of the season to the All-Star Break he had 18 goals and 18 assists.

Rakell represented the Ducks in the All-Star Game and was effective with scoring.

When he came back from the All-Star Break he kept on reaching new highs and his play continued the increasing his production of the game. Rakell became an effective player on the ice from beginning to end.

Season outlook according to the Anaheim Ducks:

There’s no doubt expectations remain sky high for Rakell. While he’s still seen time at center, it’s clear the Swede excels on the wing. With back-to-back 30-goal seasons under his belt, it’s not unreasonable to expect similar production – or even more – as he enters his seventh NHL season.

There’s probably no limit that Rakell can’t reach because over the years he has shown that he pushes himself every year to make him an even better player than he was in the previous season. I can’t wait to see how his game will be especially after winning the Gold medal for team Sweden in the IIHF World Championship.
