The Anaheim Ducks Are Back Home To Face The Toronto Maple Leafs Tonight

Tonight the Anaheim Ducks face the Toronto Maple Leafs and there are familiar faces for both teams. The Anaheim Ducks have their work cut out for them tonight, they will need to find many ways to get the puck and get it past former teammate/goalie Frederik Andersen.

I am predicting that Randy Carlyle will play John Gibson tonight, in the past that is how it has gone where Gibson is in net when a former Duck goalie is in the net. That is the circumstance that the Ducks have tonight, and the Ducks forwards and defenders just need to keep on shooting the puck, staying in the Toronto Zone, and don’t let the Toronto Maple Leafs get majority of periods in the Anaheim zone. Their job is to protect and shoot the puck, and keep the Toronto Maple Leafs away from either or both of the Anaheim Ducks goalies(John Gibson or Ryan Miller).

I say that the focus is to give former Ducks goalie Frederik Andersen a rough and hard night and some ways to do that is get in his space and shoot then rebound, rebound, rebound until it goes in. Do what it takes for the puck to go in and stay in because I want to hear the announcers say AND ANAHEIM DUCKS GOAL! or GLOVE SAVE GIBSON! IT WENT RIGHT THROUGH ANDERSEN or THE DUCKS TAKE THE LEAD!

The Anaheim Ducks vs. Toronto Maple Leafs @7 pm in Honda Center. The Ducks face their former teammate and a team that is in a 3-game losing streak looking to turn the tables while the Ducks come into this game off a hot off road trip where the Ducks won 3 out of 4 games and are on a 2-game winning streak. The Ducks goal-tending is looking hot right now from both goalies. This is going to be a good match up tonight, I can’t even think of what the game will be like or what the outcome of the game might be.

Let’s go Ducks!!! Let’s see if Corey Perry has got anything in him tonight to make another goal, since he is the Duck that made the game winning goal in the shootout round for the Ducks. Let’s see if Jakob Silverberg can get more goals after scoring his first goal of the season on Sunday which forced overtime and led to a shootout victory over the Carolina Hurricanes.

LET’S GO DUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
