After a Loss to the Panthers The Anaheim Ducks Look to Turn Tables Tonight When They Face the Tampa Bay Lightning

After the Ducks big loss on Thursday, the Anaheim Ducks are looking to make a come back and turn the tables tonight with a win when they take on the Tampa Bay Lightning tonight at the Amalie Arena in Tampa Bay. The Ducks have their work cut out for them tonight with the Lightning coming off a franchise record six-game home winning streak which is the longest since their 9-game winning streak in February of 2016. The Anaheim Ducks are currently 4-4-1, and the Tampa Bay Lightning are 9-1-1. Tonight marks the opener of a two-game season series between the Ducks and Lightning, which concludes 15 days from now on Sunday, November 12 at Honda Center.

According to the Anaheim Ducks, “there may be a certain #NHLDucks defenseman making his season debut tonight…..” -Ducks twitter page. This must mean the Sami Vatanen might make his debut tonight, that is something that will only be known by puck-dop

According to the Anaheim Ducks, The Ducks enter tonight’s game with a 16-14-2 all-time record against the Lightning, including a 7-8-1 mark on the road, but have not won in regulation at Amalie Arena since a 4-3 victory on Dec. 9, 2006.

According to the Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay hasn’t lost in regulation to Anaheim since a 4-3 defeat Dec. 9, 2006, going 8-0-5 and earning at least a point in 13 matchups since…The Lightning have won five in a row at home over Anaheim, outscoring the Ducks 20-8 over that stretch…”

The Anaheim Ducks take on the Tampa Bay Lightning tonight @4 pm at the Amalie Arena in Tampa Bay. Tune into AM 830 to listen to the broadcasting of the game by broadcasters Brian Hayward and John Alhers, make sure to watch the game for the action cause you never know what kind of action happens during hockey games, and if you can’t get in front of a TV by puck-drop record the game so you don’t miss any of the action.
