The Anaheim Ducks had a 4-day break between games Sunday (Ducks vs. Sabres) – Friday (Ducks vs. Canadians). So what is a Duck to do during that break?
The Ducks decided to do some team-building fun. According to the Anaheim Ducks, “The Ducks held a team-building paintball outing yesterday at Camp Pendleton in hopes of bringing the team closer together.” According to head coach Randy Carlyle, the Anaheim Ducks had a bunch of fun. He said that the team broke off in 2 groups for battle, 1 team was made up of the North Americans and the other team was made up of the coaching staff and the Europeans. Coach Randy Carlyle said something along the lines of “let’s just say the coaching staff and Europeans ended up on top.”
The Ducks worked hard at practice and a few familiar faces took part in practice, players that are currently on the injured list. Hampus Lindholm, Sami Vatanen, Ondrej Kase, and Ryan Miller were seen taking part in the evening practice on Wednesday.
I hope some of those players are game ready, maybe even ready enough to play in Friday night’s game. We will have to see @7 pm when the game starts or if it is announced before the game starts on Ducks Pre-game or not.
Get exited Ducks fans. The Anaheim Ducks take on the Montreal Canadians Friday October 20th @7 pm. Let’s bring home a win and put an end to this 2 game losing streak. Let’s send the Canadians a clear and strong message: This is our house and you don’t belong here.
LET’S GO DUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
